  • Device Information: MAC addresses of Plugin devices associated with your account

  • Provide and operate the PluginOS device management service
  • Associate Plugin devices with your user account
  • Display your profile playlists and promotions on connected devices
  • Communicate with you about your account and our services
  • Improve and develop our platform

Third-Party Services

  • Firebase Authentication: For secure user sign-in via Google
  • Cloud Firestore: For storing account and device data

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Firebase cloud servers, which are part of Google Cloud Platform. Data is stored in the United States and is protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account, use the account deletion option within the PluginOS app or contact us directly. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information, device associations, and uploaded content from our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate our platform.
