How do I set up my Plugin device?
Open the PluginOS app, sign in with your Google account, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device using its MAC address. Once paired, you can start uploading content and managing your playlists.
How do I upload content to my device?
In the PluginOS app, navigate to your device profile and tap the upload button to add photos and images. Uploaded content will sync to your connected Plugin device automatically.
My device isn't connecting. What should I do?
Make sure your Plugin device is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi. Restart the device and try re-pairing it in the PluginOS app. If the issue persists, contact us via email or phone.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly within the PluginOS app under account settings, or by contacting us at connorbriggs@pluginpromotions.com. All personal data, device associations, and uploaded content will be permanently removed.
Can I manage multiple Plugin devices?
Yes. You can associate multiple Plugin devices with a single PluginOS account and manage them all from the app or the web dashboard at pluginos.io.
